Greetings to all! We’re thrilled to announce that our next major event, PLUGGED IN, will take place on February 27th at 7:30pm at Galapagos Art Space. We’ve trawled the depths of NYC’s weird and wonderful new-music circuit to bring you an exciting, not to mention affordable, triple bill that we are truly proud to put our name to.

An evening length exploration of contemporary electroacoustic composition, PLUGGED IN presents an eclectic cross section of approaches and aesthetics. Featuring sets by The Loud Objects, Jakub Ciupinski (Gesture Controlled Music) and the SYZYGY Ensemble, with selected works accompanied by live video art by Joshue Ott, the evening is developing into nothing short of a spectacle – so much so that we’ve been jokingly referring to it as the “SYZYGY Electroacoustic Circus.” You’ll be getting three acts for the price of one, and we hope that you can all make it out to see what is by far our most exciting and ambitious project yet!

We’ll be posting more information on all of the artists featured on the program over the coming days, so keep checking back. In the meantime, however, we’ll leave you with a rundown of our ensemble program and, more importantly, the link to our Galapagos event page where you can purchase tickets.
